4. User Submissions

  2. You confirm that:
  • You own or have permission to use the content you upload.
  • You have consent from identifiable people in your uploads.
  • You do not violate copyrights, privacy rights, or any laws.

  • Illegal, obscene, or defamatory material.
  • Content that promotes harm or violence.
  • Unsolicited advertising or spam.
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful scripts.

We may remove or block any content that violates these rules without notice.

  1. You grant VDTRIX a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and distribute your User Submissions as needed to operate the Service.

You retain ownership of your content but allow us to use it for technical and service purposes. You waive all moral rights related to attribution or edits of your submissions.

5. Content on the Service

  1. VDTRIX may show content from various third-party platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. We do not own or control this content.
  2. You may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. You agree that you use the Service at your own risk.
  3. Third parties retain their rights to their respective content. You are responsible for respecting those rights and for any legal consequences of misuse.
  4. VDTRIX provides content “as is” for personal use only. You may not redistribute or sell third-party content downloaded via our Service.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use VDTRIX only for lawful purposes and to comply with all local and international laws. You must not:

  • Overload or harm our servers.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures.

7. Use of Downloading Services

VDTRIX is a general-purpose video downloader tool. It supports multiple sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, and others.

You must only use VDTRIX for lawful, personal purposes.
We do not allow or endorse using the Service to download copyrighted material without permission.

VDTRIX only stores temporary data during the download process. Files are automatically deleted after processing.

8. Fees

VDTRIX offers most features free of cost. However, we reserve the right to introduce premium services or fees in the future. If you violate these Terms, you will not receive any refund for payments made.

Any pricing or service change will be updated on the website.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of VDTRIX means you also accept our Privacy Policy.
